Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Chicagoland Area
Description: RiverPoint is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with 5-10 years of experience. The right individual will write and execute test plans, test cases and scripts for all phases of testing. Review requirements for testability and consistency. Create test data for repeatable testing.
Required Skills:
- Deep skills in developing performance test strategies and plans. Experience in developing scripts.
- 5+ years experience as a QA tester, including experience testing large scale client server and Web-based applications
- Good understanding of quality assurance testing methodology relative to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience creating and executing test plans and test scripts
- Ability to create repeatable test data
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodology
- Basic SQL querying skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience writing technical documentation and thoroughly documenting ideas and concepts
- Experience with Mercury Interactive LoadRunner, TestDirector Defect Manager and WinRunner preferred
