Location: Johnson County, KS
Description: The selected developer will help maintain, enhance and otherwise support two existing applications currently being rewritten in C#. These applications were originally written in VB6 using SQL Server on the back end, so the candidate will be expected to maintain both the legacy applications as well as help with the ongoing transition process.
What will be expected:
The selected candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of both .NET desktop development using C# as well as legacy VB 6 /nTier application architecture (COM skills would be a plus). Strong SQL Server experience including expertise with ADO/ADO.NET is also expected.
