PBX Administrator 7639S
Location: Kansas City. MO
Description: This position will be responsible for move/adds/changes for Nortel PBX and Symposium Call Center System. In addition, this position will support add/changes on the Verizon platform ECR/ICT applications. This will include gathering business requirements from the appropriate stakeholders and designing and executing an implementation plan.
PBX Administrator Qualifications:
The selected candidate must have a strong technical background in PBX in general with specific experience on the Nortel PBX with experience with an ACD (Symposium strongly preferred). He/she will need to have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with functional business units to determine needs, analyze systems and propose solutions that can be delivered within expectations.
