Location: Kansas City
Description: The selected .NET Developer will be working with existing enterprise Web site that will require maintenance, as well as new development work. The Web site has a rich collection of functionality that uses ASP.NET 2.0, AJAX and Flash. The site is maintained by a full application development team, including DBAs, BSAs, QA, and developers. The team works at high velocity with code rolls occurring weekly.
What is expected:
This candidate should have average and above Web development experience building ASP.NET applications. He/she must be familiar with C#, .NET 2.0 and AJAX and have used these technologies when building a site. The candidate should also be knowledgeable about HTML. Candidates with mobile technologies experience is a plus. The candidate should be able to work independently while maintaining openness to direction and be willing to support code launches that occur once a week. Another plus skill would be expertise with Flash Remoting. The candidate must have worked in an enterprise environment where code is promoted through development, stage and production environments using formal source control procedures.
